To secure a Columbus Trolley, follow these easy steps
1. Complete an online quote request, call or email our office to check availability and pricing for your special day. We are sorry but due to the popularity of our Trolleys, we cannot “hold” trolleys without a contract and non-refundable deposit.
2. If you would like to book a trolley, we will forward you a contract. Upon receipt of your contract, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. This deposit will be applied to your total contract price. We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks.
3. The balance is due in our office 14 days prior to your event.
4. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your date, our customer service representative will call you and confirm all pick up times, locations, stops, drop off times, locations and any other pertinent information.
We’re sorry, but we cannot make changes to the itinerary less than 7 days prior to your event. Our goal is to make your special event transportation run smoothly and seamlessly.
